My store went from 10-8 m-sat and 9-9 on Sunday to 9-9 7 days (no change in pharmacy hours). Some stores in my district got reduced, others expanded, a few stayed the same. Been saying these hours should be ours for years just based on sales figures and overhead cost. Maybe someone actually paid attention to the numbers for a change.

Mar 23, 2023 · 1 fifteen minute paid break if you work over four hours. 1 fifteen minute paid break and 1 thirty minute unpaid lunch if you work over five hours and one minute. 2 fifteen minute paid breaks and 1 thirty minute unpaid lunch if you work over eight hours. remember it's worked. and not scheduled. clocking out for lunches takes from time worked.

Nov 30, 2021 · The maximum accrual (right now) is 1.5 times your max accrual. If you have been with the company less than 2 years, your maximum will be 120 hours. If you work 2 years, you accrue at a higher rate (.0577, or 3 weeks per year @ 40 hours per week), and your maximum accrual is 180. It goes up from there with more years of service.

Sadly, the 24 hr Walgreens that I use is going 9-9 on the 22nd. I work 4p-4a as a hospital pharmacist. I love being able to get off work & pick up my meds. There are 3 or 4 more 24 hr Walgreens here but not sure of their hours are changing too.

Apparently Walgreens wants to try out a new system which would permanently change the store hours and have most pharmacies closed on weekends. Also, 1 pharmacist and 1 technician (RXOM) work all day, & have a 2nd tech here & there…
