PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 16-inch water main break sent water gushing through the streets of Philadelphia's Grays Ferry neighborhood. The call came in around 7:30 p.m. Friday for rising water in the area of 28th and Dickinson streets. Chopper 6 was overhead crews were assessing the situation.
