Byron Buxton scored the first run and started the Twins toward a bunch of them in a win over the NL Central leader.

His second All-Star Game selection will go down as one of his greatest satisfactions in the sport, considering the path he's taken to get here and the fact that the festivities next week will be in his native Georgia.

Buxton will look to become the second Twins player to win the Home Run Derby, and he'll do it in his home state.
