An anonymous John Doe claims in a new lawsuit that he was scouted while busking on a street and sexually assaulted by Combs after meeting him.

After months of acrimony & accusations over an alleged rape of a 13-year-old in 2000, one defendant has been dropped from the Jay-Z & Sean Diddy Combs case

Bad Boy Records was reportedly dropped “due to replication of its status because of Combs’ corporate structure of overlapping companies and divisions,” according to Deadline. Combs and Jay-Z are still defendants in the case, as are CE OPCO LLC a.k.a. Combs Global, Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Inc and “several Bad Boy named entities.”

Music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing a new lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a man in 2022. The plaintiff (John Doe) filed the suit anonymously through attorney Tony Buzbee on Monday (US time). In the New York County Supreme Court filing obtained by USA TODAY, Doe alleges he was "drugged and forcefully raped" by Combs.

Tony Buzbee filed another lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs—this time on behalf of an unnamed male musician who says he was sexually assaulted a decade ago.

The alleged victim claimed that he did not report the incident because of “Combs’ power and notoriety, and because he was shocked and embarrassed.”
