An "intentional act" cannot be ruled out as the cause of a fatal fire that occurred Sunday morning near 27th and Highland, according to Milwaukee Fire Chief Aaron Lipski.
The building's landlord told the Journal Sentinel May 12 that she was staying at her apartment the night of the fire, when chaos ensued.
