FRISCO – Police have announced a second arrest in connection with a fatal shooting outside a Walmart in mid-November. Jada Mansfield, 24, of Dallas, is facing charges for her involvement in the Nov. 13 murder of Ja'Karrion Craig, according to Frisco police. Mansfield is currently being held in the Denton County Jail on a $1 million bond.

Rollertown Beerworks is spending $12 million on the facility that will include a two-story taproom, a brewery, an outdoor beer garden and more.

Grocery shoppers in North Texas have long relied on Central Market or Joe V's Smart Shop if they wanted H-E-B goods. But now, Dallas is finally getting a namesake store. The Texas grocer announced on Wednesday that it purchased a property in the city for its first H-E-B format store.

DALLAS – Texas grocery giant H-E-B announced plans to bring its flagship store to the City of Dallas for the first time. In a news release Thursday morning, the San Antonio-based company said it purchased nearly 10 acres of land at the southeast corner of LBJ Freeway and Hillcrest Road in North Dallas to build an H-E-B.

H-E-B continues its North Texas growth by acquiring a 10-acre property in Dallas for its first H-E-B-format store in the city.

Frisco Lone Star product Ashton Jeanty was named First Team and was one of two repeat selections from last season. The Boise State running back led the country with 2,601 rushing yards and 30 touchdowns and was the Heisman Trophy runner-up this season.

Frisco has the highest portion of remote workers in the country, according to a new study by SmartAsset. Over one third of workers in the Collin County suburb work remotely, accounting for 34.16% of its population, or 40,029 workers.

Texas-based supermarket chain H-E-B is ramping up to open another store in D-FW as it continues to make inroads in North Texas, this time with its first location in Dallas proper. H-E-B plans to build a store at Hillcrest Road off of Interstate 635,

Signing Neymar would be a high-price tag move, obviously, and only a handful of MLS clubs actually have the flexibility to do so. One of those teams conveniently happens to have a tie to the Brazilian national and is also located right here in North Texas.
