Dozens of people have died after heavy rain pounded Kerr County, Texas, early Friday, leading to "catastrophic" flooding, the sheriff said.

With more rain on the way, the risk of life-threatening flooding was still high in central Texas on Monday even as crews search urgently for the missing following a holiday weekend deluge that killed at least 82 people,

The flooding in central Texas originated from the fast-moving waters on the Guadalupe River on Friday, killing more than 70 people, including 15 children. Authorities say search and rescue efforts are still underway for dozens missing from a summer camp for girls.

In Hunt, Texas, 78-year-old Macon Ware is still trying to process the tragedy unfolding around him as catastrophic flooding has left dozens dead, including children. Sheryl Peña reports.
