Just a few days after announcing an amicable parting of the ways with team president and long time team employee Greg Grissom, the Houston Texans announced that Mike Tomon will be joining the organization as Grissom's replacement.

The Houston Texans have tapped Mike Tomon as their new team president, a source with knowledge of the decision confirmed to the Houston Chronicle.  Tomon was previously the co-president and chief operating officer of Legends Hospitality Management LLC,

Grissom has served in the role as the Texans president since March 2021, according to his LinkedIn page. He has also spent the last 23 years with the organization, serving in many roles such as corporate development manager, director of corporate development, and senior vice president of corporate development.
