Started as a one-off event by Willie Nelson, the Outlaw Music Festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2025 with its largest tour to date.

Willie Nelson & Family, Bob Dylan, Sheryl Crow, Waxahatchee and Madeline Edwards are performing at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville on Thursday, Sept. 18 for the "Outlaw Music Festival 10th Anniversary Tour." The performances will start at 3:45 p.m.
