The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on the TikTok divest-or-ban law as it considers whether to give the company more time.

The Supreme Court agreed to fast-track TikTok's request for review, and the Supreme Court hearing comes just nine days before a U.S. ban takes effect.

The justices will review a law that would effectively shut down TikTok in the United States this month unless the company divests from Chinese ownership.
