Mags Flanagan, who first appeared in the second installment of the "Hunger Games" trilogy "Catching Fire," was one of the first winners of the titular dystopian fight to the death contested between the children of the 12 districts of Panem.

The new "Hunger Games" prequel film "Sunrise on the Reaping" will star Joseph Zada, Maya Hawke, Lili Taylor and Whitney Peak. See the cast so far.

Sunrise on the Reaping' as Mags, a role previously held by Lynn Cohen. The film, directed by Francis Lawrence, explores the Second Quarter Quell, twenty-four years before the original 'Hunger Games'.
