British royal Prince Harry has resigned as the patron of the African charity he co-founded in memory of his late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, amid a leadership dispute.

Prince Harry and his Sentebale co-founder Prince Seeiso of Lesotho say they stepped down as relations between trustees and the chair "broke down beyond repair."
